Northwest Arkansas Florist came to us during a moment of real transition. New ownership had taken the reins, and with it came a larger vision for what the business could become. The existing brand had history, recognition, and a loyal customer base, but it no longer reflected the level of taste, care, and ambition behind the shop. The goal was not to erase what people already loved. It was to sharpen it, elevate it, and build a visual identity that could support the next chapter. At the center of the project was one unmistakable piece of local memory: the painted horse that stood outside the Joyce Street location for decades. It was charming, specific, and deeply tied to the shop’s story. Rather than treating it as a relic, we saw it as the right place to start.
